Tupras is the biggest industrial plant of Turkey in terms of complexity and turnover. Gizil Energy is awarded to execute electrical infrastructure works of the Izmit Refinery, which is the largest refinery of Tupras, in 2018-2019 including procurement, assembly and commissioning.
