Thus “People Values and Engagement” department was established as of 21 January 2020 and is a very valuable name in the sector, Aykut Üstün, joined us as “People Values and Engagement Manager”.
Having started his professional life in Aygaz in 1993, Mr. Üstün worked in information management, total quality, process improvement and kaizen projects. He was appointed to Akpa company in 2002 and to Opet Petrolcülük as Human Resources Manager in 2012. Since 2015, he continued his career as the Human Resources Coordinator at Tüpraş Izmit Refinery, contributing to the improvement of rewarding systems, internal communication, social activities with family participation, information security, digital transformation and refinery performance analysis projects.
Mr. Aykut Ustun, who was deemed worthy of 2014 Stevie International Business Awards Honoree in the category of “Best New Product or Service of the Year - Software - Human Capital Management Solution”, continues his PhD studies at Marmara University.
