Gizil Enerji, adopting the philosophy of real industrialization will be achieved by having factories that establish factories, differentiate itself with its multi-disciplinary engineering solutions. Our company, which operates with the mission of improving the export of engineering via enhancing the knowledge and technology in our country, aims to be called as “the school” in this field. All this brings significant opportunities for young engineers and technicians who are at the beginning of their career, as well as professionals who want to work on more challenging projects that require multi-disciplinary solutions.
The vacancies resulting from the human resources planning made in line with Gizil Enerji's goals and strategies are published on our company website. Applicants are passed through a preliminary evaluation process considering criteria such as educational background, occupational age and experience, foreign language knowledge. This stage is followed by the competency based interview for ensuring conformity with the desired position and also Gizil Enerji’s competencies for the candidates who have passed the preliminary interview. Lastly, reference control process is performed for eligible candidates. So, the first step is taken to become a part of our team by receiving the proposal.

Gizil enerji is aware of the fact that the achievement of this goal is possible with continous learning. So, we work for sharing knowledge and experience by bringing together the dynamism and motivation of young people and experienced professionals who have worked in international companies. In addition to on-the-job training provided in this way, technical training is included in annual training plans, depending on the technology investments and corporate management needs.
Performance Management System
The Performance Management System, which will ensure that our goals determined in line with our corporate strategies are extended to the whole organization by 2018. With the performance management system we implement, personal goal cards are created via breakdown of the annual company targets and are mutually evaluated two times a year. Performance results have an effective role in determining future term wages.
